somewhere over the last 6 incredible years with our amazing lainey beth we have developed a wonderful tradition of having lots of "little lainey birthday celebrations" for the last several weeks it has been full of "celebrating our 6 year old princess" and what fun it has been. it seems like yesterday i found out i was pregnant with this incredible darling. it was a chilly saturday morning. i had to be in the city early that morning and mike had to drive me because my head was literally in the clouds....i was soooo excited! to think our elaine elizabeth is 6 years old...i can hardly believe it!!! it has been the most amazing 6 years of my life! we love you soooo much lainey beth. if we tried to count all things we love about you numbers don't go high enough...we love you more than all the sand on all the beaches in the entire world. we love you more than all the trees in all the forests in all the world. "we love you the most!!" (this is a fun little game we like to play with lainey) we are super excited about what God is doing in your incredibly gorgeous heart! we love how you love Jesus and want everyone to meet and know him. nothing could make us more happy than to know you know Jesus and are learning to listen and respond to Him.
lainey got to be sung to twice on her actual birthday. once after dinner with her cookie cake...
and once at breakfast after the turkey trot with her favorite, monkeybread.
lainey we love how you love everyone with such a huge heart. you are awesome! you are super great with all your little cousins and we think you are especially great with beau and annie. we think you are the best big sister in the whole world!!!
pops, uncle homer, uncle rick were awesome to set up and bless lainey with her wish to ride pops miniture horses on her birthday. markie and jd were super kind and generous to allow us to do everything on their land. you guys are incredible! thank you soooo much. my kids love "going to lindsay" i think beau would go everyday if someone would take him. lainey loved every minute of her special horse/birthday celebration. i unfortunately did not get very many great pictures. but dana did! and she made an incredible picture book capturing every fun part of the day for lainey beth to remember always. lainey would love to show it to you guys it is awesome!
