beau and i got to go with lainey's gingerbread class to the zoo. its actually been a couple of weeks ago now. we had a great time. beau really enjoyed it too. it was truly the most complete tour of the okc zoo i had ever been on. we saw it all. 8:45 to 3:00 with lunch at the zoo...needless to say my little people were very tired on the way home. here are a few pics. lainey really like the pink flamingos. beau really like the fish. they would swim close to the glass and he'd get so excited!i think he thought they's swim right up and he could actually touch them. the idea of the glass seperation was a little beyond his 12mo.comprehension they actually both liked the snakes, reptiles. i think beau really just liked that house b/c he could get out of the stroller and run around. lainey liked it b/c they were all caged up. they both liked the seals and the hippos and the bears by the waterfall. i think the hit of all was the golopagos turtles. they were awesome and so alert and responsive it made it really fun. it was as if they were talking to the kids.
