GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

Aunt Aubrey and Uncle D are 2 of the most amazingly patient people i know. They had their ultrasound done and had the tech wrap up the color booties of the gender of their precious new baby! On Christmas Eve morning (when we all celebrated our Christmas at Noni and Pops house) they opened the box with EVERYONE! it was such a super fun suprise and memory maker and we were so honored to get to find out with them. just look at aubrey's expression...my picture does not do it justice. they were both convinced it was a boy. all of darin's siblings have had boys. their baby will be the 1st chapin granddaughter!! so needless to say when they found out it was a little girl it was a major suprise and we got to be there with them. thank you guys so much for including us in this most special moment! lainey was sooooo excited...of course she'll tell you she knew it was a girl all along. beau was excited too. but i think he thought aunt aubrey was actually going to have the baby. i think he was a bit confused that it was just booties. he has no grid for how far away (or how close depending on how your looking at it) may really is....

we are all soooo excited to meet our new precious little niece!!!! may will be here before we know it. its going to be so fun that annie and miss chapin will be only about a year apart....annie is really excited:):)
