Happy Happy New Year!!!

New Years Eve we had dinner with Liz, Zach, Mer and Max. It was a perfect low-key celebration for our family. for dessert aunt alli, uncle bry, aunt mag and uncle blair met up with us along with aunt maddie and "almost an aunt" jennifer to have new years cupcakes and just hang out. it was great to be together. its so fun to just enjoy each others sweet company. my sisters and brothers are the dearest people to me in the world. i am so thankful for you guys. we rang in the new year with a quick kiss and then everyone was saying good-night and off to bed. can you tell that we are getting older??? most of you that know mike know it was a rarity that he was even up at midnight....wow. i have to say i was suprised!

New Years day...was a fun day. mike had to take care of somethings out at Ok Euro so lainey and beau were at home. we got a fun call from our dear friends that bonners. they invited us over for a fun new years day tea party. who loves tea parties more than lainey beth? so of course we put on our proper tea party attire. (lainey beth dressed me...sorry i don't have a picture...i looked really cute) and we were off to the new years day tea party. it was wonderful.

mike was home by lunchtime and we took a fun walk together to the park. we love taking walks and i think lainey and beau love the park even more than the walks.

We pray blessings over this new Year. We pray His Kingdom would come. We pray the Lord would give us and all believers in this city a greater understanding of His Kingdom and His heart for this city. May we be consumed with Him.
