this is our precious new best friend....ilo matsevet. he is such a beautiful boy! emily had ilo thursday afternoon. he was 10lbs 9oz....yes, you read that right, 10lbs 9oz. that is a huge baby for our little friend emily. she had an incredible delivery. i am convinced that the miracle of birth both spiritual and physical new birth is totally supernatural. they are both so incredibly powerful. seeing, watching, experiencing someone come into God's Kingdom....there is nothing greater on earth. and yet, watching a new life be born has that same powerful feel. i guess one would have to be born, have life to give their life to Jesus. so all that to say...i think you all would agree that birth is miraculous....every birth, every detail of it, every precious story, new beginning. Next to someone coming to know Jesus its gotta be the funnest thing on earth....the Heaven's rejoice! God, the author of life is breathing breath into this little being as they take their first breath...as He has knit them together so intricately within their mother's womb. it is so powerful and life changing....every birth! i think of my own children, my nieces and nephew and dear friends...so amazingly powerful how God gives us life! we are rejoicing with the bonner family....sweet ilo matsevet is a big, healthy, beautiful boy! we are so blessed to be part of your life and see you grow up. we pray you would come to know Jesus at a very young age. ilo is african and means "sunshine, light and full of joy" that is what he truly is. even his darling little hair is lighter than his older three siblings and his sweet spirit even at such a young age seems so content and full of joy!
