wednesday am we started our day of with a trip to dr.porter's. i had to do the yucky glucose test. actually it wasn't that horrible. i think the main thing is remembering that you do it towards the end of your pregnancy....you guys im going to have a baby in 8-10 weeks....wow! lainey and stopped for some hotchocolate and the lady helping us asked when i was due i told her late may/early june and she said, "i know it feels like forever away for you." i said, "actually it feels like it is coming faster than ever!"
this is mike's cousin, marquia. she is the head nurse in porter's office. she has been a dream! she has taken such amazing care of me and our precious new annie. yes, we have named her annie. when i found out i was pregnant the Lord gave me the word that this child was "a gift of grace." of course every child is a gift of grace but this word felt really special to us especially after we had tried to get pregnant with beau for so long and this time it was such a super fun incredible surprise! so i've always loved the name annie and annie means grace. so we love it and have been calling her annie for months now. we are still working on the middle name, i guess that will be a suprise...maybe..probably not... you guys know how hard it is for us to keep a surprise (who am i kidding???)....as of last week our precious annie was 2.5lbs and on the grow. we actually had a 4d ultrasound done up a mercy. annie is doing awesome! and i have to say i think she might look a little like her big brother, beau. so fun! lainey of course thinks she looks like lainey...but i see a little beau in these pictures.
yesterday on our fun "wednesday" esperanza's mom had to take her sister, valencia up to okc. valencia is their precious new daughter they adopted in september from china. valencia will have her second surgery on her cleftpalette in 2 weeks. so esperanza got to spend the day with us...lainey was delighted! we went to one of our favorite lunch spots (at least until the norman urb opens) cafe plaid. one of the managers over there is super nice and he even gave the girls a couple more free cookies...we had to take them home we had already had a couple. we had a great lunch!
then we stopped by norman regional to drop off my pre-registration packet. i didn't want to forget to do it...the girls were excited to see the "babies" in the nursery so we made it an adventure. we did get to see 2 little newborns....so precious!!!!!

you turned in your registration packet!!!!!! you are having Annie soooo soon. I can't believe it. I read that and was like WHAT ALREADY. I can't wait to see Annies little face:-)
