lake with the Prims

i think beth and i both thought beau was getting ready to pee off the dock. we have been doing alot of "peeing" outside lately. some wise women told me it was a helpful potty-training technique. i can't say we are officially potty-training...but i think the technique is helpful for boys.

************************************************we had a great time with the prims...just laughing, relaxing and playing. we love them so much:) it rained all day saturday. they said they couldn't remember the last time it rained all day at their cabin. but we jumped in the lake anyway. lainey definitely won the brave billingsley award. she jumped in with levi and joshua and maddie in the rain. annie and beau both swam in the rain too. it was quite a fun memory maker. beth got a pic on her "water proof" camera. nothing like swimming in the rain in the lake:) the kids loved it!

i liked this pic of annie....aunt maggie used to suck her fingers like this....of course it made me think of aunt mags....precious:))

*********************************************************************beth and the girls made these darling 4th of july super yummy carrot cupcakes. they were topped with these authentic silk flags and sprinkles....they were quite the hit as you can imagine:))
