swimming lessons

so the next several blogs are my attempt documenting the last several weeks. our sweet friend allison thompson, who is also one of our fun neighbors, is also an amazing swim instructor extraordinaire. she gave lainey, esperanza and beth swim lessons for a week. the next week she was scheduled to give beau, millie and valencia lessons. with mer and haven having a lesson after the little ones. valencia got sick so her lessons were postponed. i missed the first and might i add only lesson for beau and millie. apparently they were less than cooperative and the combination of the the two of them being unwilling brought us to the decision to wait a year for lessons until they are officially 3. though i have been impressed with beau lately wanting to "go under" by himself. i think he was challenged by his good buddy haynes swimming skills:)) lainey is of course swimming like a fish and actually quite encouraging to beau to get him to "swim like a big boy" lainey is diving to the bottom like a champ. holli had her competing with jax and sam and i think she may have actually beaten them once or twice:)
