aunt maddie witnessed this one. beau had his first ice cream cone the other day. of course he really liked it. he loves ice cream...but this was his first cone by himself. it was a little messy and he wasn't sure how to hold it at first...but it didn't take long to figure it out. i think he is actually starting to warm up to aunt maddie. he has been a little stand offish to say the least. but i think they are starting to bond...maybe??? monday we have a sweet friend, summer, babysit for me. she has babysat for me on mondays for the last 3 months...finally this last monday beau finally warmed up to her. he actually preferred her to aunt maddie...it was a very sad. but i think the ice cream cone gained major points in beau's book for aunt maddie. she is definitely gaining ground. don't give up aunt maddie.....he is warming up.
