mom-mom and pa-pa had us all over for pancakes and hotchocolate this morning. breakfast was very yummy...they even made some eggs. beau loves scrambled eggs. he also loved watching pa-pa fry a few eggs. then we all loaded up and went to the norman christmas parade. it was a tad windy...but the kids really enjoyed it. lainey has been telling her dad about all afternoon. they especially liked the nnh and nhs combined band and the all the tractors and big trucks. beau's second word is "bruck" (for truck) of course his 2nd word after ball would be truck. he really liked all the trucks. they also really liked the clydesdale horses and of course the candy that people threw to them. they had fun with their cousins. darling max was a little angel and just slept in his stroller the whole time. i caught this pic of mer...she was trying to dodge my camera...but i got her..she is so cute! and of course sweet millie....we let her borrow beau's mittens, which of course he didn't want to wear. they were so big on millie they just fell off...she is so petite. i don't think they make mittens small enough for her little hands...maybe mommy or auntie maggie will have to knit her some. everyone had a great time. merry christmas!
