Christmas night

Christmas night we spent with our little direct family. I have to say it was really fun. lainey helped me plan a special candle-light dinner for daddy and beau. we had a wonderful evening together. it felt really restful and refreshing. mike and i love our little ones. i liked these pics of lainey with her new guitar. she is really excited to learn to play. i think she has been inspired by several different people: of course her daddy is the biggest inspiration. she loves to sing and dance as he makes up songs for on the guitar for her and beau. but i think our good friend kimm has also inspired her. kimm along with her husband lead worship for our house church. lainey really enjoys when kimm plays. and teacher skye at gingerbread. teacher skye plays and leads songs for the kids at school during every class. teacher skye's mother even plays. i happened to be there this last fall when she visited and it was truly a treat!

Christmas 2008 was a wonderful celebration of our Saviour! May we all grow deeper in His love and be truly captivated by His Spirit in this next year and season of our lives. much, much love to you guys.
