so while annie was in the NICU lainey had her super fun fishing field trip with papa. lainey really wanted me to go and i really wanted to be able to. but clearly its hard to be in 2 places at one time. so my sweet dad took lainey on her fishing trip. it might have been one of the fullest weeks of his life or at least a really busy one...the Norman Urb opened up just a couple days before not to mention a zillion things going on in the city and in texas and having a grandbaby in NICU...he made time to bless my lainey beyond words. it will be a memory lainey will never forget!
can't you guys just picture dad helping all the little 5 year olds with their worms, hooks, fish. i can fully picture it. my dad is an outstanding fisherman. i have vivid memories of him teaching us how to fish when we were little. thanks daddy for blessing lainey and really for blessing me! i love you!
