WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY BABY!
what an amazing first month this has been! i can testify from having lainey and beau that the first year of life goes by sooooo fast. if this last month is any indication of how fast annie's first year will go....Lord help me savor every minute! Praise Jesus for His faithfulness, goodness, provision, powerful love and healing power that we can truly stand to testify of over this last 31 days. we are so grateful to be annie's parents and so grateful to have you guys in her life to help us show her and tell her HOW GOOD OUR GOD IS.
i have been blown away at how almost daily over the past weeks i have rec'd intercessory prayer letters from all over the state. there is a women in altus (sweet friends of noni and pops) that i have rec'd over 5 letters from of how she has stood in prayer, interceeding on behalf of annie to our Father in Heaven. it makes me teary and so deeply grateful to be on this journey with so many amazing believers who desire to see His Kingdom come in every area of our lives.
we love you Annie so very, very much my precious daughter.
psalm 84 has been a section of scripture that i have stood on since we were going into the hospital to have annie.
"what joy for those whose strength comes from the Lord, who have set their minds on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. they will continue to grow stronger, and each of them will appear before God in Jerusalem. For the Lord God is our Sun and our Shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. O Lord of Heaven's Armies, what joy for those who trust in You.
