this week our friend alison thompson has been teaching lainey swimming in our pool. it has been wonderful. lainey is actually in school with alison's daughter, beth. and lainey dear best friend esperanza's mom and dad were college friends with alison and her husband herchel. alison also taught our childbirth class, bradley method that mike and i took before beau was born. so its been super fun getting to know the thompson's and the 3 girls have sooo much fun together. so lainey was delighted to do swimming lessons with them. the thompsons just moved a street over from us a month ago. the osunas are moving a street over from us in 2 weeks. between the moffitts moving close by awile back, then the primroses moving in, our friends the landreths live on the prims street now the thompsons and osunas...lainey is thrilled. and so are we. it felt like when lainey was a baby we were the only ones with kids in our neighborhood who would have dreamed we'd now be living by so many people we have common hearts with and with such vision and love for the people in this neighborhood. God is sooo good.
